The Houses

The boarding houses at École des Roches, the legacy of a century of excellence, are steeped in tradition. Divided into single-sex areas, they welcome students from all over the world, fostering a sense of community while respecting different cultures.

La Prairie

“Pax in lumine

The “La Prairie” house is home to students enrolled in all of the École des Roches programmes (lycée and FLE).
At the heart of the campus, the Prairie house represents the school’s historical and architectural heritage.

Le Coteau

“Strength and gentleness

Le Coteau brings together high school students from Seconde to Terminale enrolled in the School’s programmes (IB, FLE, and French Baccalaureate).

Le Vallon

“Straight and deep

“Le Vallon” brings together secondary school girls from Seconde to Terminale, enrolled in various programmes (Lycée, IB, FLE). The girls’ house is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Les Pins

“Recta non Rigida

The house, Les Pins, brings together secondary school girls (6ème to 3ème) as well as girls from all the school’s programmes (collège & FLE).

Les Sablons

“Loyalty binds me

Since 1902, the Sablon house has been home to boys enrolled in the various programmes at the École des Roches (lycée and FLE).

Maslacq

“Le Coeur des Roches

The “Maslacq” house brings together secondary school pupils (from 6ᵉ to 3ᵉ) enrolled in the School’s various programmes (Collège and FLE).
