Captains at the École des Roches
At École des Roches, the aim is to train exemplary students, the Rocheux(ses), who embody fundamental values. The Captains, role models and pillars of the community, play a key role in this personal and collective success.
The role of a captain: a respected and inspirational leader
In each house of the École des Roches, captains are appointed for their sense of responsibility, self-control and listening skills. These exemplary students play an essential role in school life. Here are their main tasks:
Guidance and support
Captains are there to support and advise their comrades and foster a climate of goodwill and camaraderie.
Links between students and adults
He/she acts as a communication link, facilitating dialogue between students and the management, teachers or heads of house.
Driving model
The Captain embodies the values of a Rocky Mountain person by setting an example through his or her behaviour.

In this unique educational setting, École des Roches teaches its students to develop respect for the soul and a delicate concern for others.
