Celebrations and traditions

Celebrations at École des Roches embody its identity, traditions and values. They bring together students, families and alumni, combining remembrance, recognition and community spirit, and continuing a tradition of excellence and conviviality.

Graduation ceremony : celebrating excellence and memory

Every year on 11 November, École des Roches celebrates the prestigious Baptême de Promotion, a ceremony honouring the new generation of graduates. This unique moment, steeped in tradition, is marked by the appointment of the House Captains and the designation of the Class Patron, symbolising the students’ commitment to the fundamental values of the school.

At the same time, this day takes on a special historical dimension. A commemorative ceremony brings together students, families, former students, staff and local councillors to pay tribute to the Rocheux men who fell for France in the First World War, perpetuating the memory and respect for past sacrifices.
