2) Documents to be included with your fileAdministrative documents3 - 4 identity photos - compulsory (please write the pupil's family name and first name at the back)4 - A covering letter expressing pupil's motivation (in French or in his/her mother tongue) 5 - A copy of his/her identity papers (card or passport) 6 - A copy of a record of civil status - birth details & marital status Academic documents7 - The last 3 school reports8 - A copy of a road safety certificate (if this document is issued in your home country) 9 - A copy of a certificate which attests the pupil's level in computing (if this document is issued in your home country) Medical documents10 - A copy of compulsory vaccination certificates11 - A certificate, written by a doctor, which states that the pupil is in good physical shape and has no contagious illness or infirmity which could prevent normal school activities. + For pupils who do not hold E.U nationality : 12 - An attestation of medical insurance ( accident, sickness, hospitalization, repatriation ). If you do not already have a personal insurance, registration with the Ecole des Roches' insurance company is compulsory. 13 - A birth certificate in mother tongue & in French (officially recognized translation) |
