Applying for admission-Academic Year E-mail
  • Registration processfor the academic year  
    STEP 1
    YOU send us the school reports of your child and a letter of recommendation of the current School
    STEP 2

    WE check these documents and validate the admission at Ecole des Roches.

    STEP 3

    YOU will have to pay the  1st payment of 8000 euros 
    -     By Bank Wire (Cf the enclosed bank details). Please send us a copy of the bank order.                       
    - By Credit Card
    Beware ! total payment at the time of registration may be a pre-requisite for obtaining visa (the French Consulate may need guarantees)     
    YOU provide us the required information to prepare  the School Letter of Acceptance, which is compulsory for the visa process

    STEP 4
    After receiving the above information together with the payment,
    WE send you the Registration form and Acceptance letter by Express Post
    STEP 5
    YOU apply for the long stay multi entry  visa at the French consulate in your country (it takes nearly 2 months to get it)
    STEP 6
    YOU  send us by express mail the registration form & required documents, later mid August
    STEP 7
     YOU make the 2nd payment after receiving a Proforma Invoice, later August 15th 2010. 
    STEP 8
    WE will welcome your child on September 2nd from 3 pm(an admission is possible the previous day)
    Your child can can take the school bus leaving Paris av Foch at 4. pm
    STEP 9
     Later January the 15 th YOU make the 3 rd payment (you shall receive an invoice)
